I took my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica in for an oil change and to see what was causing the heated steering wheel to stop working(in early February, no less!).
The oil change work was done on time as was the safety check/inspection.
Dave told me that the process of diagnosis could cost as little as $80 and up. I authorized him to do this low-cost check and then we check in after that. Upon completion of this first phase, he called me and reported that more diagnostic work would be needed and could cost up to $500. I declined that offer and thus my car work was completed.
As always with Saline Automotive, the work was done with utmost care, they did the work agreed to and no more. It is SO REASSURING to have a place like this where the work is always done by competent technicians and honesty is what drives their every transaction.
Again, I give Saline Automotive two thumbs way, way up! I could not be more happy with my every interaction with Carl and his crew!
